Welcome to the Built2Outlive community! Since I was able to do my first push-up my life has been for better or worse, consumed by everything fitness. I grew up in Hingham, Massachusetts where I then attended Boston University, receiving a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. My education revolved heavily around exercise physiology and human anatomy, inspiring me to work as an EMT in congruence with my studies. There I obtained a deep understanding of the human body, the root causes of different illnesses, and how to effectively treat and care for my patients. Shortly after, I completed my American College of Sports Medicine personal training certification where I began to train those around me looking to become the best version of themselves.

Briefly working in the pharmaceutical industry taught me that our healthcare system often prioritizes the treatment of diseases rather than the actions necessary to prevent them in the first place. Why wait and allow circumstances to dictate our well-being when we can take action now for a healthier, more active life? By adopting preemptive measures, we can avoid the need for costly medications and therapies that become necessary when health issues arise. I started Built2Outlive with the goal of helping you take control of your own health destiny. 

The reason I differ from other trainers is that I aspire to be far more than a guy simply telling you how to lift weights. I am there to offer a listening ear during setbacks, celebrate your victories, and provide unwavering support throughout your transformational process.
